The chosen candidate will work with management to develop onboarding strategies and uncover new opportunities in order to unleash the next significant wave of client growth and financial impacts. The business enables customers to become better bankers while also assisting them in making good financial decisions regarding their savings, investments, and receipt of further investments. The corporation was successful in raising $502 million or more during its Series F round of fundraising. For this job, there must be at least 6 hours of PT time zone overlap.
Job Responsibilities:
- Learn as much as you can about the other members of your analytics team and the key partners you’ll be working with
- Learn everything there is to know about the company’s business strategy, products, and analytical approach
- Make sure that the data stack and the method that data travels through the business are adequately tested
- Own examination of metrics movement and onboarding of important KPIs
- assist in guiding the direction of essential communications with management and stakeholders.
- Make reports, present them at team meetings, and take feedback into consideration
- Weekly funnel insights and specific business trends should be provided to department heads or important stakeholders
- Maintain data assets for the organization, such as reports, dashboards, and alerts, and, with direction, simplify the workflow
- Analyses that are urgent or ad hoc should be conducted in conjunction with internal groups
- Use organized data visualizations, promote a user-centric growth mindset, and connect data to the business/tech world through excellent written and spoken communication
Job Requirements:
Engineering or computer science bachelor’s or master’s degree (or relevant experience)
a Data Analyst with at least three years’ worth of relevant experience
Working knowledge with Tableau or comparable data analytics and data visualization technologies
Nice to have a thorough knowledge of SQL
excellent written and spoken English communication skills
