As a key player in the formation of Trioworld’s Data and Research team, you will take part in an exciting mission to modernize the $10 trillion global real estate investment sector.
The following are some of the activities you’ll engage in:
- Analyze, decipher, and extract data from offering memoranda, financial models (Excel and Argus), and/or other documents.
- Gather, validate, standardize, and organize incoming data.
- As new clients are onboarded, assist the Customer Success team with data migration.
- Unplanned data and research initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical abilities and focus on detail.
- Excel proficiency at an advanced level.
- Strong time-management and communication abilities.
- Having the ability to behave autonomously and pro-actively in a hectic, loosely structured setting.
- Accurate data input and typing abilities.
Benefits
According to the experience level, the pay range for this position is $35,000 to $45,000; this will be determined throughout the interview process. We also provide annual education stipends and health insurance (with a health spending account).
