Requirements:

When applying to our Graduate Program, you must

  • Be completing their last year of study for a university degree or higher, or have graduated within the previous two years, and
  • Possess a valid work permit for the nation you are applying to.

Exceptions:

  • We take into account applicants from the UK and the UAE who need sponsorship for their visas, but in the UAE, UAE citizens will be given preference.
  • We won’t take applications from those looking for jobs doing Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT) for graduate positions in the US.

Duration and Reward

Over a year you’ll have an exciting and varied global learning experience, which will include:

  • Assignments for talent.

  • Introduction: This consists of case studies, specialized technical training, and classroom lessons divided into business operations.
  • 12 Month Training Rotation: After five months in your area of concentration, you’ll spend the following two months rotating through Financial Markets, Transaction Banking, and Risk to broaden your experience.
  • Your last business rotation will last six months in your area of concentration under CCIB Client Coverage. This is your chance to start your Standard Chartered career and join the team that most suits you.
