We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Voldex team. You will gather, analyze, and visualize data in this position to support decision-making across many teams and product groups. At Voldex, data analysts frequently collaborate with specialists from a variety of fields (design, product management, marketing, and more) to refine in-game features and monetization strategies.

What You’ll Do:
- Examine billions of rows of information on Roblox users and offer data-driven advice to resolve strategic and practical business issues.
- Create automated dashboards and reports to improve player experience and company-wide awareness of critical business indicators.
- Manage and keep an eye on A/B testing, from design to analysis and presentation of data until test closure.
- Work together and share insights with internal divisions (game designers, M&M, etc.) to accomplish the shared objective of enhancing the game and raising retention and revenue.
- Manage and organize many projects concurrently in a results-driven atmosphere.
- Convert raw, unstructured data into a tidy, structured dataset (we use dbt for this).
What You Bring to the Team:
- At least three (3) years of business/data analytics expertise.
- Although it’s not a required must, you should be familiar with, like, and adore video games.
- Proven competence with data visualization tools; Tableau is our preferred choice, but others are acceptable.
- Some prior experience using cloud data warehouses; Snowflake is our preferred choice, but others are acceptable.
- Expert SQL knowledge.
- Wide-ranging expertise in Exce.l
