About YouOur international marketing team is looking for an experienced and goal-oriented website/digital marketing specialist! Our ideal applicant will be prepared to employ and learn the most recent Martech solutions to guarantee that our marketing organization demonstrates the capacity to help us achieve our growth and retention goals. They will also have experience and a passion for digital technology across different digital marketing channels. You will succeed if you are an expert at project coordination, have a keen eye for detail, value collaboration above all else, and are eager to become fully immersed in the operational process.

You will collaborate closely with the global marketing team, other cross-functional business partners, and outside agencies to make sure marketing campaigns achieve their goals and stay on schedule. A plus for candidates is prior agency/in-house experience, traffic coordination, and Asana! Director of Marketing Operations is the person in charge of this position.

Responsibilities

  • You will be in charge of putting up, implementing, maintaining, and reporting on the business’s digital marketing strategy across all of its products and channels as our website/digital marketing specialist.
  • Verify that the website is operational and has no security issues.
  • Strong cross-functional team player – Work closely with marketing managers and communicators to make sure that all of the website’s material is kept current.
  • Web content administration.
  • Create landing pages and add content.
  • Simple HTML and code are needed to easily make small modifications.
  • Filtering for page redirection or Google Tag Manager.
  • Overseeing agencies that support larger projects with development and/or design.
  • Effectively communicate changes, hazards, and project status.
  • Work together with the members of the marketing team to use the website as a demand tool. This includes enhancing the promotion strategy, managing assets pro-actively, coming up with ideas to increase pipeline using the website, and identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities while successfully communicating with key stakeholders.
  • Additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Three years of marketing experience, preferably at the corporate level, in-house or at an agency.
  • WordPress or other web platform construction and content uploading experience.
  • Google Analytics certification and three years of practical Google Analytics expertise.
  • Knowledge of project and vendor management.
  • Self-driven, technically competent, and able to prioritize a variety of tasks—some tactical, some strategic.
  • Data-driven problem solver who is persistent in locating solutions in challenging circumstances.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team member who is willing to go above and beyond for the benefit of the team.
  • Being proactive, adaptable, and capable of setting priorities, working fast on multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines while paying close attention to detail.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge with Demandbase’s Account Based Marketing tools.
  • Certified Ad Words.
  • WordPress plugins like Divi Builder.
  • Working knowledge of UTM codes and marketing automation solutions.
  • Tableau, the Outbrain experience, Google Display Network, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • From time to time, business meetings, conferences, and training sessions may require travel.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
