Responsibilities:

  • Help with user interface and experience research, design, and prototyping.
  • Create personas, user flows, and user stories based on user research.
  • To effectively explain design concepts, create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build solutions and collect needs.
  • Take part in usability testing, and use the results to inform subsequent design iterations.
  • As needed, assist the group with general administrative chores.
  • Participate in the drafting of style manuals and design documentation.

Requirements:

  • A fundamental knowledge of UI/UX design principles and techniques.
  • It’s a plus if you’re familiar with design software like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Proficient English communication abilities, both written and spoken.
  • The capacity to function both alone and together.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • It’s a plus to be familiar with best practices for online and mobile design.
  • It’s a plus if you have experience with usability testing and user research approaches.
