A role to help the Accounts function with analysis and data. The chosen candidate has working understanding of Sage 50 and Excel and has experience gathering, compiling, and manipulating data. is capable of working independently as well as in a team. Preparing current data/information on daily company operations, in particular income vs. units rented, expenses linked to units, performance of units, performance of local authorities, performance KPIs unique to units and local authorities, etc., is one of the main duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with other team members to gather data for reporting.
  • Coordinating closely with senior management to gather data and present the results.
  • The capacity to operate both alone and collaboratively when necessary.
  • The capacity to examine systems and extract the data needed to produce reports.
  • Will be able to fill in for an ad hoc accounting position when necessary and away from analysis skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication abilities and the assurance that one can convey information to high management in a clear and succinct manner.
  • Proficient proficiency with Excel.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to set priorities.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.

Requirement
