About the job

We’re Scan.com, a digital health firm that makes access to diagnostic imaging for patients and doctors easier and faster. A software first mentality is at the core of Scan.com’s approach to business. Our goal is to use technology to make medical scans available to everyone.
We’re developing a novel approach to diagnostic imaging, and we’re seeking a smart, proactive, and naturally entrepreneurial individual to lead the development of our B2B platform, which will allow referring doctors to easily order imaging for their patients.

You’ll be joining us at an exciting moment because we’ve just raised $15 million in Series VC funding, launched our B2B product in the USA to tremendous success, and are on course to grow by more than 500% by 2023.
To assist us in completing our mission, we are looking for a UI Designer.

You will have the chance to develop and improve our product offerings, making them more understandable, approachable, and available to a larger audience. Join us in our mission to revolutionize the diagnostic imaging industry and enhance patient outcomes globally.
As a startup, you may anticipate that your role will change over time. However, a few examples of the kinds of activities you might be engaging in are:

  • Modifying and enhancing current UX and interfaces to improve the patient experience.
  • Locating design optimization opportunities, enhancing design standards, and encouraging the use of best practices.
  • Participating in the development and upkeep of visual design frameworks that support our products and brand identity.
  • Contributing your knowledge and thoughts to strategic debates about the path our products will take in the future.
  • Outlining your notions for product design, soliciting feedback, and iterating as appropriate.
